The UDRP is ICANN's policy for resolving disputes over gTLD domains registered in bad faith. A complainant must show that the domain is identical or confusingly similar to its trademark, that the owner has no rights or legitimate interests in it, and that it was registered and is being used in bad faith. The remedy is transfer or cancellation of the domain, not money. Cases are handled by approved providers such as WIPO.
